Students living in Hartland and Palmyra may be later getting home today, Thursday, May 11th, due to doubling up on bus runs because of a driver shortage.
Today, the Skowhegan school district dealt with an alleged threat, and the individual involved was arrested and charged. Late this afternoon, we received a potentially similar threat directed at Nokomis Regional High made by the same person. Newport PD has investigated and determined that there was not a threat directed at any of our schools. We wanted you to be aware of this information and we will be holding school tomorrow as scheduled.
Due to the weather forecast RSU 19 will have an early release day on Tuesday, March 14th. We will use our regular early release schedule.
There will be no afterschool activities in RSU 19 this afternoon, Tuesday, February, 28th. The policy committee meeting is also canceled.

RSU 19 will have a two hour delay on Thursday, January 5th. There will be no morning Pre-k.
RSU 19 will be releasing students at our usual early dismissal times on the following dates. Tuesday, November 22nd, and Wednesday, December, 21st. We recognize that this will interrupt family schedules and apologize in advance.
