EVERY STUDENT SUCCEEDS ACT REPORT CARDS

RSU 19 uses multiple forms of assessment data to help inform our instructional practices at all levels of instruction. These assessments provide data at the district, school, classroom, and individual student levels. We encourage students to participate fully in our assessments, including state assessments. Parents/guardians may opt their child out of state testing. If you are interested in opting your child out of state testing, please reach out to your child's principal to make this request in writing.

Yearly, The Maine Department of Education issues a report for each district and each school. Included in these reports are data and summary information for students in grades 3-8 and 11 as well as information about teacher qualifications. State law requires those to be made available to the community. The ESSA Dashboard at the Maine Department of Education allows you to review report cards for schools and districts across the state.
