RSU 19 had a bus accident this morning in Hartland, there were no serious injuries. If your child was directly involved our administration has or will be reaching out to you this morning. We thank our local EMT and law enforcement for their response.

For anyone interested in Substituting in schools and does not have a current CHRC certificate:
Until June 30, 2022, the Department of Education is reimbursing those who may be interested in being a substitute teacher for Background Checks and Fingerprinting. CHRC ONLY applications are being reimbursed for the fingerprinting and application costs ($55, $15 respectively), if the person requests it, as part of the “Guest School Staff Member” campaign from January 1-June 30.

Due to new CDC guidance and Somerset County now being deemed medium for transmission and lower local cases of Covid-19 in many of our towns, RSU 19 will be mask optional as of Monday, February 28th. We will continue to monitor conditions closely.
