Good evening! Just a reminder that next week is February vacation and there is no in person or remote school. We would encourage students to enjoy some vacation time, but be mindful that if they have some missing work it would be a good chance to get caught up. Staff will be available for students when we return on Monday, February 22! Stay well and safe!
Yearbook pictures from NRMS remote students are needed by next Friday, February 5th! The yearbook advisors have emailed instructions regarding the pictures to all of the remote students. If you have any questions, contact Mrs. Wade or Mrs. Mooers at the middle school! We want to make sure our remote students are included in the yearbook, but we have deadlines that need to be met. Thank you for your attention to this! Have a great night!

Good evening, NRMS families! We hope you are having a good holiday break. We wanted to let families know that we have assembled food bags that we are making available for any family who may need one. If you would like one, please come to the school tomorrow, December 29th, between 10-12 and take one. We are glad to be able to help our NRMS families and want to thank the Kasey Lander Memorial Foundation for their generous food donation that is making it possible!
Attention NRMS parents -There are NO after school activities today, Thursday, December 17th. Stay safe!
Tomorrow, Thursday, December 10th, is a remote learning day for all NRMS students in grades 5-8. The school building is closed tomorrow due to a heat related issue. All students should log into their homeroom in the morning and teachers will assist them from there!
NRMS Picture retakes and remote student pictures are delayed this morning! We plan to start at 9:00! Please accept our apologies; the Lifetouch photographer was sick and they are sending another one!
NRMS families-Just a reminder...tomorrow is our picture re-take and remote student picture day! The photographer will be here from 8-11 in the library. Students should enter through the main entrance and go to the library from the main hallway by the office. No appointment is needed. We will have picture forms in the office if anyone needs one!
Hello NRMS families! Here are a couple of reminders/updates: the first trimester closes on Dec. 3 and report cards will go home on the 11th; picture retakes and pictures for remote students are on Tuesday, Dec. 8 from 8-11; teachers are setting up virtual parent/teacher/student conferences so please be on the lookout for those days and times from your child’s teachers! We hope you are all doing well! Have a great night!
The 5th and 6th grade classes will be live the next two days while we are remote learning. Please have your child join their homeroom this morning and the teachers will help them navigate the day if they need help! We recognize the next couple days will probably be clunky, but it’ll be ok! Thank you in advance for your assistance and support!

Good morning, NRMS families! We had a terrific first day yesterday; we hope your child reported good things to you! Today is primarily focused on our fully remote learners. 5th and 6th graders cannot take laptops home yet because we don’t have cases for them so don’t worry about anything online. If the home has a working device students can join homeroom, but it’s not a requirement right now. 7th and 8th graders do have laptops and should plan to join their homerooms and then their teachers will have specific things they will be directing them to do. Please call the school or contact your child’s teacher if you have a questions! Have a great day!
The high school Tri-County bus was late getting to the high school/middle school so those buses will be late arriving at the elementary schools. We just wanted you to be aware of the delay!
Here's an important letter from NRMS! Looking forward to our first day of school next Tuesday, Sept. 8th!
