RSU19 is accepting proposals for “Plowing/Sanding and Snow Removal”.
Packets are available at the Superintendent’s office, 266 Williams Road, Newport, between the hours of 8:00 am & 4:00 pm M-F.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Superintendent’s office on February 22, 2023 at 3:30 PM (if there is no active snow storm) for anyone submitting a proposal.
Proposals are due by Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 4:00 PM
All quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes plainly marked “Snow Removal-Facilities” If mailed, RSU19, 266 Williams Road, Newport, Maine 04953.
Proposals received late may not be considered.
The RSU reserves the right to reject or accept any individual or all proposals.
